Job Title: Project Manager Team: Creative Delivery (Graphic Design & Video Editing) Reporting Line: People Avenue Account Lead, with day-to-day direction from the client's stakeholders Work Setup: Remote (Philippines-based) Shift: AU time; Aligned with client's business hours ROLE PURPOSE The Project Manager leads the day-to-day delivery of creative work for our client, acting as the connective tissue between graphic designers, video editors, and client stakeholders. This role ensures work moves smoothly, briefs are clear, outputs meet a high standard, and everyone stays informed and aligned. This is a client-facing role suited to someone with a design background who can speak the language of both creatives and business stakeholders — guiding the team, guiding the client when needed, and protecting the quality and reputation of everything the team ships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery & Tracking Manage day-to-day tracking of all activities across graphic designers and video editors, keeping tasks, timelines, and priorities visible and on schedule Send daily updates to the client, giving clear, confident visibility of progress, blockers, and upcoming deliverables Own the project management tool as the single source of truth, ensuring every brief is logged, tracked, and complete from intake through to delivery Briefs & Clarity Review all incoming briefs for completeness; proactively chase down and resolve gaps, missing details, ambiguity, or disconnects between what the client wants and what the team understands Interpret and translate client design briefs into clear, actionable direction the creative team can execute with confidence Communication & Relationships Ensure every team member communicates consistently and professionally with client points of contact — no one goes quiet, and nothing falls through the cracks Build healthy, trusted relationships with the client, becoming a partner they rely on rather than just a coordinator they report to Escalate issues early and appropriately, coordinating communication between the client and People Avenue's leadership team so problems are resolved quickly and transparently Quality Act as the first layer of quality control for all creative outputs, ensuring every deliverable meets the standard for craft, accuracy, and brand alignment Apply strong working knowledge of design principles across internal documents, PowerPoint presentations, digital ads, social media content, and marketing materials Culture Uphold and model People Avenue's values in every interaction, internally and with the client Bring good energy to the team, setting the tone for accountability, care, and pride in the work KEY METRICS & SUCCESS INDICATORS On-time delivery rate across all briefs and creative outputs Brief completeness and turnaround time from intake to team hand-off Client satisfaction and responsiveness (no unaddressed messages, consistent daily updates) Quality pass rate — proportion of deliverables approved without rework after first QC review Issue escalation time — how quickly risks or blockers are surfaced and resolved COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES Confident communicator who can guide both creatives and clients, push back constructively, and steer conversations toward the best outcome Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent workstreams Sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality Proactive problem-solver — surfaces and resolves ambiguity before it becomes a delay Calm, professional presence under client-facing pressure QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Design background (graphic design, creative production, art direction, or similar) with fluency in interpreting and communicating design briefs Proven experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the SaaS and tech industries Solid grasp of design principles as applied to internal documents, presentations, ads, social media, and marketing collateral Strong project management skills, including hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp or similar) Excellent written and verbal English communication, with the polish to represent People Avenue directly to international clients WORK ARRANGEMENT Remote, Philippines-based Full-time, hours aligned with the client's business hours Reports into People Avenue's account structure with direct day-to-day engagement with the client's team
