Job Title: Project Manager (IT PMO)

Location: Remote (Must work EST Hours)

Duration: 12-month contract (07/27/2026 – 07/23/2027)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Project Manager to lead enterprise IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team leadership. Experience working in healthcare, medical devices, biotech, or other regulated environments is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects following PMO standards and best practices.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, project artifacts, and audit-ready records.
• Drive continuous process improvements and participate in post-project lessons learned.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, project governance, and SDLC.
• Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT projects.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk, issue, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP Certification (Preferred).
• Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Biotech, or other regulated industries (Preferred).

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree and PMP certification are preferred.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Occasional evenings/weekends as required).
