Role Purpose
As a Project Manager in our PMO, you'll own the day-to-day delivery of cross-functional projects from kickoff to closure, spanning product launches, platform enhancements, regulatory initiatives and operational improvements. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you'll work closely with product, technology, compliance, finance and marketing teams to keep projects on track, on budget and compliant. AI is a core part of how we deliver: you'll use it every day to plan, document, report and analyze faster, while keeping full ownership of the quality and accuracy of your work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, including product rollouts, platform enhancements, regulatory initiatives and process improvements.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables with business and technical stakeholders, using AI to accelerate requirements gathering, planning and scenario analysis.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks and issues, and escalate blockers early to the Head of PMO and project sponsors.
• Monitor project budgets and resource usage, flagging deviations against plan.
• Coordinate work across product, technology, compliance, legal, finance and marketing to keep teams aligned.
• Maintain project documentation to internal governance and regulatory standards, using AI to draft and update it while making sure every deliverable is reviewed and accurate.
• Prepare regular status updates and management reports from Jira and Confluence, using AI to summarize progress, meetings and decisions.
• Contribute to improving PMO frameworks, templates and workflows, including building and sharing AI-assisted practices across the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects end to end.
• 2+ years of experience in fintech, financial services or neo-banking environments.
• Hands-on, daily use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Atlassian Rovo) in project delivery, such as drafting documentation, summarizing meetings, structuring requirements, preparing reports and analyzing risks.
• Ability to write effective prompts and critically review AI output for accuracy before it reaches stakeholders.
• Understanding of how regulated financial services operate, including documentation and approval requirements and the responsible use of AI with confidential, client and personal data.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Asana.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects in parallel.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English, with confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in an FX/CFD brokerage or similar online trading company.
• Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5), client onboarding/KYC processes and fintech infrastructure.
• Awareness of the regulatory landscape in our markets (e.g. CySEC, FCA, ESMA, MiFID II).
• Experience setting up AI-driven automations or integrations for a team, such as AI connected to Jira/Confluence, custom assistants or reusable prompt libraries.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or Scrum Master.
• Experience with Jira Product Discovery or portfolio-level reporting dashboards.
