Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be leading an IT project for a client in the animal healthcare sector. The projects involve developing software solutions for industrial animal studies. In this role, you will combine user perspectives, business needs, and technological capabilities to deliver high-value products for clients in the animal healthcare industry.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a Software House, digital agency, or IT consulting environment. (for pro-active, involved, and devoted kind of people who have necessary basic IT knowledge this requirement is not mandatory. Your personalisty and approach mean more than years of experience in this case.)
• Solid understanding of Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills - you know how to build trust, understand client needs, and align product decisions with business goals.
• Ability to create structure from chaos, while keeping things pragmatic and flexible.
• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Bonus points for certifications (PMP, SCRUM), but real experience matters more.

Your daily tasks:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects for our key strategic client.
• Act as the main bridge between the client and our delivery teams, keeping communication open, honest, and effective.
• Own and be accountable for the project plan, budget, scope, risks, and reporting - ensuring we hit goals without losing agility.
• Drive collaboration between development, QA, design, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Spot issues early, propose practical solutions, and keep everyone aligned.
