Make an impact Lead cross-functional hardware and mechanical design development projects, ensuring end-to-end ownership from project initiation to successful delivery. Gather, analyze, and prioritize development requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved while maintaining high quality standards. Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate effective collaboration among engineering, product management, quality, and other stakeholders. Apply project management best practices and Stage-Gate processes throughout the product development lifecycle. Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation. Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management regarding project progress, key decisions, risks, and mitigation plans. Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and governance. What you need to succeed 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Leader, Product Owner, or in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in hardware development and mechanical design projects. Strong understanding of complex technical systems and engineering processes. Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Azure DevOps are an advantage.
