We are looking for experienced Architects / Architectural Project Managers based in Colombia to join a US-based team working on high-quality architectural projects in New York City.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who has strong Project Management experience, excellent English communication skills, strong Revit skills, and a solid technical background in architectural design and construction documentation.

About the Role

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from inception through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high technical standard.

You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.

The projects will focus primarily on multifamily and mixed-use buildings in New York City, including medium-rise and high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects throughout different phases of design and documentation.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Review architectural designs and construction documents for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
• Work closely with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure effective design coordination.
• Identify potential project issues and proactively develop solutions.
• Provide technical and project leadership to architectural teams.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with deadlines, scope, and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience managing architectural projects from design through construction documentation.
• Experience with multifamily and/or mixed-use buildings is highly preferred.
• Experience with medium-rise and/or high-rise projects is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for architectural design and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural detailing.
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English is required — strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, US-based environment.

Experience working with US-based architecture firms, NYC projects, US building codes, or international clients is a strong plus.
