About The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager for an internal creative agency with a leading financial services and insurance client. You will manage and nurture internal client relationships, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes across creative, marketing, and customer-experience initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across creative, digital, marketing and CX initiatives.
- Oversee planning, timelines, resources, budgets, documentation and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, CX, development, copywriting, production) to ensure smooth execution.
- Guarantee consistency in brand, quality standards and best practices across all deliverables.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations and internal pitches.
What are we *ideally* looking for?
- Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Around 2-3 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, digital marketing or agency environments.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
- Highly organized profile, able to manage projects with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients, teams and creators.
