An enterprise client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the creative production of a new product launch. This role will partner closely with the lead Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day project execution, ensure timelines remain on track, and facilitate collaboration across creative teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping multiple workstreams organized while ensuring smooth delivery throughout the production lifecycle. Support the lead Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and execution throughout the product launch. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure work remains on schedule. Coordinate communication across cross-functional creative teams, including designers, existing creatives, and the Art Director. Manage project follow-ups, action items, meeting outcomes, and regular status updates. Oversee multiple moving pieces across the creative production process to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, blockers, or scheduling conflicts. Escalate issues to the lead Project Manager when necessary and assist in implementing mitigation plans. Maintain project documentation and ensure stakeholders are informed of key project updates. Foster effective collaboration across internal teams to support successful project delivery. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Experience managing or coordinating creative production, marketing, branding, product launch, or similar creative projects. Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills. Experience working with cross-functional creative teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate project needs before issues arise. Experience using project management tools to track timelines, deliverables, and project status is preferred. Highly preferred candidates will have: Experience supporting creative production or product launch initiatives. Experience partnering with Art Directors, designers, creative agencies, or marketing teams. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining project quality and timelines. Strong follow-through and the ability to manage shifting priorities in collaborative environments. Hybrid work arrangement with approximately two days per week onsite at the client's office and the remaining days working remotely. The selected Project Manager will work closely with the lead Project Manager throughout the engagement to support the successful delivery of a high-profile product launch.
