Project Manager ERP

Today, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on enterprise-scale delivery. This role will drive execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the successful rollout of standardized processes across key business functions. YOU WILL Lead the delivery of ERP projects (Infor M3 CloudSuite), coordinating cross-functional, technical, and vendor teams; Own project planning, governance, execution, and reporting aligned with strategic transformation goals; Manage key workstreams including configuration, testing, data migration, and user enablement; Drive rollout of standardized processes across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance; Ensure compliance with data, integration, and lifecycle standards; Oversee risks, budgets, resources, and timelines in line with PMO practices; Deliver executive-level updates and steering committee materials; Support application governance and platform simplification, reducing legacy complexity; Align ERP initiatives with the broader digital roadmap and data strategy. YOU NEED 7+ years of experience in project/program management, including min. 3 years in ERP implementation or transformation; Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; Solid understanding of business processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance (FMCG/food industry preferred); Proven experience managing ERP deployments including data migration, change management, and training; Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet); Strong skills in budgeting, resource planning, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting; Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Relevant certification (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe or similar) is a plus; Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and IT stakeholders.
