We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic IT infrastructure transformation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end infrastructure initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while collaborating closely with technical teams, IT Vendor Managers, vendors, and business stakeholders.

You will contribute to major modernization programs, including cloud migrations of enterprise email and messaging platforms, the implementation of Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, and the renewal of existing infrastructure services and platforms. Working closely with technical teams and IT Vendor Managers, you will support the preparation of RFPs, technical specifications, and procurement documentation related to infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include defining project objectives, scope, governance, planning, timelines, deliverables, and reporting structures, while monitoring budgets, resources, schedules, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and overall project performance. You will lead and oversee multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.

As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, support the maintenance and evolution of project business cases, and ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting at all levels. You will proactively identify and address project risks and issues, facilitating informed decision-making and helping to ensure the successful delivery of complex infrastructure transformation initiatives.

You’ll Have Knowledge And Experience Of The Following

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management of infrastructure projects
• Prepare requirement analyses, distinguishing between user vs. technical requirements
• Managing and supervising teams
• Principles of ITIL & Agile
• Certification in project management is a plus, e.g. Prince2, Agile, ITIL, ..
• Notion of infrastructure technologies such as Azure, cloud, firewalls, VmWare, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows Servers
• Motivating teammembers, creating team spirit and helping people grow
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills: you are able to draw the right conclusions and determine a well-considered approach, adapted to the needs of the customer
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining your project administration in good order
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (in word and writing)
