Project Manager-Internship

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate between clients and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a patient approach, and the ability to understand client requirements clearly. Knowledge of AI tools and modern project management platforms is essential. Coordinate effectively between clients and engineers to ensure smooth project execution. Understand client requirements in detail and convert them into actionable tasks. Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress. Use AI tools and project management platforms to manage tasks and workflows. Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and implement immediate solutions. Manage client expectations with patience, clarity, and professionalism. Prepare schedules, reports, documentation, and project updates for both teams and clients. Ensure all projects meet defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. Support process improvements and team coordination for efficient project delivery Requirements Strong communication and coordination skills Knowledge of AI tools and PM platforms (Notion, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) Proactive problem-solving ability Patience and client-handling experience Time management and multi-tasking Technical understanding to work with engineering teams Must be currently staying in New Delhi or willing to relocate immediately (non-negotiable) Immediate joiners or max 15 days notice preferred
