Project Manager, Civil Engineering Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of land and site development projects within budget and schedule, managing client expectations Identify business development opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and understand industry and development in the London area Manage day-to-day client interactions, communicate effectively, and seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction Oversee project execution, schedule time, and act as the main point of contact Manage project financials, invoicing, payment certificates, and project budgets Participate in business development activities and administer contract administration Attend project meetings and handle other assigned duties Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 8 years in a project management role C.E.T. or P.Eng. designation Understanding of the Site Plan review process Proficiency with MS Office Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Join our client in making a meaningful impact on communities while advancing your career.
