Project Manager- Mobile Development

Job Title: Project Manager- Mobile App Development Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile app development projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mobile technology. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile app development projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management. Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across all project activities. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint ceremonies to drive project progress and decision-making. Ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, meeting all functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering mobile app development projects. Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices. Experience working with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
