Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and support events: venues, suppliers, guest lists, and on-the-day setup

Organize training and corporate visit programmed: itineraries, transport, venues, and participant materials

Support partnership projects: track progress, prepare documents, and follow up on deadlines

Maintain project timelines, trackers, and files

Be on site during events and programmed
Requirements
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, travel, or project coordination

Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure

Strong written and spoken English skills

Available for some evenings and weekends during events

Eligible to work in Singapore
