SENIOR PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR | READING | £75,000–£90,000 + 20% BONUS

A leading Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate Disputes team in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 5+ PQE looking to handle high-quality, predominantly high-net-worth Commercial Property Litigation within an ambitious and well-established national practice.

The firm has an entrepreneurial culture and is particularly keen to attract lawyers who want to develop their expertise, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

THE ROLE

You will handle a varied and technically interesting Real Estate Disputes caseload, working with high-net-worth individuals, property investors, developers, landlords, tenants and commercial organisations.

The work includes:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
• Commercial lease renewals and dilapidations.
• Possession proceedings and vacant possession disputes.
• Restrictive covenants, rights of way and rights to light.
• Boundary, easement and trespass disputes.
• Development and wider commercial property disputes.
• Property insolvency and enforcement.
• Professional negligence relating to property matters.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters, develop client relationships and work alongside experienced senior practitioners on complex commercial disputes.

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ PQE.
• Strong Property Litigation / Real Estate Disputes experience.
• Good exposure to commercial property disputes and high-value matters.
• Confident managing your own caseload and advising clients.
• Commercially minded with strong technical and communication skills.
• Interested in developing professionally within an entrepreneurial and growing firm.
