Are you a Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to work on complex, high-value disputes while enjoying the support and resources of an established team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Dispute Resolution team of seven lawyers at a well-regarded London firm. Working closely with experienced Litigation Partners, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of challenging and often international matters, acting for businesses, shareholders, investors and high-net-worth individuals.

My client is a well-established boutique law firm with a heritage dating back to 1848, combining a long-standing reputation with a modern, commercially minded approach to legal services.

With offices across London, Essex and Surrey, the firm offers a broad range of legal expertise, acting for both individuals and businesses. Its practice areas include residential and commercial property, family law, employment, private client and complex commercial litigation.

The team handles a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including:

• Commercial contract disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Civil fraud and asset tracing
• Injunctive relief and urgent applications
• Domestic and international arbitration
• Real estate and property litigation
• Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Enforcement proceedings and asset recovery
• High Court litigation
