Property Manager (New York Residential) Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Fully Remote We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in New York real estate , specifically managing high-rise residential buildings . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and ensuring smooth building management. This role requires hands-on experience with property management systems, particularly Buildium , along with a solid understanding of New York property regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of high-rise residential properties Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services Oversee rent collection, lease tracking, and renewals Ensure compliance with New York real estate laws and regulations Maintain accurate property records and documentation Use Buildium to manage properties, tenants, and financials Monitor property performance and report on key metrics Proven experience in New York property management Experience managing high-rise residential buildings Strong knowledge of tenant relations and property operations Proficiency in Buildium software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Weekly pay Work from home Negotiable rate depending on the experience
