Provider Recruiter

• End-to-End Physician Sourcing: Lead full-cycle sourcing, pre-screening, and candidate presentation for Physicians and APPs in strict alignment with national legal standards.
• Executive & GME Partnership: Partner with hiring leaders, Graduate Medical Education (GME) leaders, and Resident Provider Recruiters to align on staffing priorities and retain internal and external residents.
• White-Glove Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, managing seamless interview hand-offs and customized, high-touch site visits.
• Targeted Sourcing Campaigns: Partner with the Outreach Provider Recruitment team to launch strategic recruitment campaigns focused on high-priority specialties and geographic markets.
• Data-Driven Performance: Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data to consistently achieve time-to-hire SLAs and recruitment KPIs.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• 2+ years of experience in provider or physician recruitment, within a large healthcare system.
• Experience working in Oracle or similar environments.
