PV Module Sales Manager/PV Module KA Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PV Module Sales Manager to lead our solar module business in assigned regional markets. This role requires a deep understanding of local market conditions, a strong network in the renewable energy sector, and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring full compliance with local regional regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
• Execute regional PV module sales plans in alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
• Deliver annual targets covering sales revenue, receivables collection and new customer acquisition within the assigned territory.
• Ensure full compliance of all commercial activities with local laws and regulations, alongside the company’s internal control policies.
2. Market & Customer Management
• Proactively collect and analyse market intelligence across the assigned region, including market dynamics, competitor movements, policy updates and industry trends, and submit periodic market analysis reports.
• Nurture long-term local customer relationships, develop and manage regional distributors, and build a robust, high-performing sales channel network in the territory.
3. Contract & Process Management
• Own the end-to-end sales contract lifecycle for regional projects, from negotiation and contract signing through to execution tracking.
• Monitor compliance requirements, delivery timelines and receivables risks across the full regional commercial workflow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, operations, customer service and other internal teams to resolve order and customer-related issues efficiently, guaranteeing seamless business operations in the assigned region.
4. Product & Market Coordination
• Gather and synthesise local customer feedback on PV module specifications, performance expectations and other market requirements, and escalate insights to R&D and product teams.
• Partner with relevant teams on product localisation, regional marketing campaigns, industry exhibitions and business events to strengthen product competitiveness in the target markets.
Mandatory Requirements
1. Proven sales experience in the PV or new energy industry with mature channel and installer resource networks. Familiarity with local business practices and PV-related policies and regulations of responsible regional markets is essential. Working experience in multi-regional markets is highly preferred.
2. Hold valid long-term legal work eligibility in the target hiring region. The company does not provide work visa sponsorship or any visa-related support.
3. Be available for unrestricted business travel within the target country and neighboring countries as required. Comfortable with frequent long-term travel and remote working arrangements.
4. Possess advanced business proficiency (listening, speaking, reading & writing) in the local dominant language of the business country, plus business English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher. All interviews and daily internal collaboration will be conducted in English.
5. Demonstrated ability to independently develop new regional customers, conduct business negotiations, and consistently achieve regional sales targets.
6. Strong compliance awareness, high integrity and responsibility, and excellent cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills for regional business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Degree in Power Electronics, Marketing or related disciplines.
2. Previous employment experience at Chinese-funded enterprises, with familiarity with and alignment to Chinese corporate management culture.
3. Passionate about the photovoltaic industry and committed to long-term career growth in this sector.
4. Strong communication skills, proactive service mindset and continuous improvement awareness; solid stress resilience and cross-departmental coordination capability.
How You’ll Be Engaged
As our business is still in an expansion phase, our local entities in most target markets are currently being established. At this stage, you will be engaged as a Contractor through a third-party HR services provider. As entity establishment progresses and subject to compliance requirements, we will transition contractor engagements to direct employment.
How You’ll Be Rewarded
We offer a competitive compensation structure, including a fixed salary benchmarked at no less than that of mainstream market players, monetized employee benefits above the industry average, and allowances for daily expenses, business travel, and insurance. Subject to performance achievement, we plan to launch tiered additional bonus and incentive programs in the near future, including project-based bonuses and sales commissions.
