Are you excited to build the future of AI-driven customer interaction? For a leading telecom and IT solutions provider in Belgium, we are looking for a Medior to Senior Software Developer. As part of a dedicated integration team, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge conversational AI chatbots and contact center solutions for internal operations as well as major external enterprise clients.

What you will do:

- Architecture & Development: Design and develop scalable applications and robust backend connections for AI chatbots and contact center platforms.

- Integrations: Implement real-time, resilient data flows using REST APIs, WebSockets, and microservices.

- Cloud & Innovation: Build cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure to bring enterprise conversational AI systems to life.

- Collaboration: Work alongside product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to transform complex functional requirements into high-performing software.

Your Profile:

- Experience: Proven track record as a Software Developer (Medior or Senior level).

- Tech Stack: - Strong hands-on experience with Python (backend and AI/integration frameworks).

- Solid command of TypeScript (Node.js and modern frontend frameworks).

- Engineering Skills: Solid background in REST APIs, microservices architecture, WebSockets, and cloud-native practices (Azure).

- Language Requirements: Fluent in English, combined with proficiency in either Dutch or French (essential).

- Location & Work Policy: Hybrid working model with at least 2 days per week onsite in Brussels (North District / Rogier area).
