We are seeking QA Automation Engineers to design, build, and maintain robust automated testing solutions across Salesforce FSC applications. You will work within Agile teams, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring high‑quality releases across digital and CRM platforms. These roles support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Responsibilities Design and develop test automation frameworks tailored to CMS and Salesforce platforms Create and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and smoke testing Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) Execute automated tests, analyze failures, and optimize test scripts Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps engineers to improve test coverage Support defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives What you'll need Computer Science degree or equivalent 5+ years of test automation experience with a minimum of three projects/roles 5+ Experience testing Salesforce FSC Proven experience in QA automation testing Hands‑on expertise with Python and Robot Framework Experience with Selenium and test automation best practices Strong experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for pipelines, test execution, and tracking Understanding of Agile / CI‑CD environments Nice to Have Salesforce‑specific automation tools or frameworks BrowserStack or cross‑browser testing experience Financial services or regulated‑industry experience Work With Us At PLATO, we believe that great work happens when people feel supported, connected, and challenged in the right ways.
