QA Automation Tester

We are looking for a QA Automation Tester to join us and be part of a dynamic banking environment contributing to technology projects focused on quality, reliability and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software testing and test automation, with a good understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools and programming fundamentals.

Experience within the banking or financial services sector will be considered a strong advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Execute automated tests and analyse results to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support software quality and reliable releases.
• Document test cases, results and defects, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, with hands-on exposure to test automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
• Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of software testing principles, test cases and regression testing.
• Experienced with API testing tools, such as Postman, and basic SQL knowledge will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and CI/CD practices is an advantage.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector will be highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
