### Role Overview

CGM is seeking a **Team Lead QA Automation** to lead the QA Automation team for Turbomed and define the test automation strategy across all testing levels. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on test automation, AI-driven QA practices, CI/CD, performance testing, and team development within a healthcare technology environment.

### Responsibilities

* Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the QA Automation team.

* Define and implement test automation strategies across **unit, integration, system, stress, and performance testing**.

* Work with Engineering and Product Management to deliver quality and release commitments.

* Establish **shift-left, automation-first, and risk-based testing** approaches.

* Design scalable test frameworks, test harnesses, and CI/CD pipelines.

* Drive AI-native test automation using **Claude Code and AI Agents** for test generation, maintenance, and triage.

* Establish reusable AI skills, workflows, and QA practices across the team.

* Mentor QA Engineers and contribute technical expertise to the AIS DE QA community.

### Required Qualifications

* Proven leadership experience in test automation with strong technical credibility.

* Experience developing and leading senior QA engineering teams.

* University degree, preferably a **Master’s degree**, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field.

* Strong experience with multi-layer test frameworks, CI/CD, load testing, and performance testing.

* Strong programming skills in at least one language such as **C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript**.

* Proven experience using AI in QA environments.

* Experience with AI agents, skills, workflows, AI pipelines, test harnesses, and context engineering.

* Fluent **German and English**, written and spoken.

* Strong problem-solving, innovation, and proactive working skills.

* Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to healthcare and patient safety.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of the **Turbomed technology stack**, including Qt, .NET, MariaDB, and Gematik TI.

* Experience with security testing and penetration testing.

* Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI-agentic development tools.
