QA Engineer About the role Joining Keepit as a QA Engineer, you will become an integral part of a cross-functional product team, helping ensure quality across the entire product development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions. You will be joining an existing, well-established team, who are on a journey to further test-automation, using modern tools, and leveraging AI/LLM to accelerate coverage. In this role, you will contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts , identify quality risks early, and support efficient release execution. We value a proactive approach to quality, where testing is embedded throughout development rather than treated as a final step. You will: Work as an integral part of a cross-functional team, contribute to planning, feature development, and quality throughout the software development lifecycle Implement and improve automated test coverage across the product by identifying opportunities to reduce manual testing effort Functional, non-functional testing and change-related testing Play an active role in the release process, including test planning and coordination across features and releases Act as a product knowledge resource, supporting teams with customer facing questions About you Must-haves: 3+ years of experience in both back-end and front-end testing Proven experience writing tests using modern QA automation tools (e.g. Playwright) Solid understanding of HTTP/REST APIs Strong ability to identify defects and write clear, actionable bug reports Experience with GitLab, including CI/CD and related tooling Experience with Jira or other project and issue-tracking tools Good written and verbal English skills - Upper-Intermediate Nice-to-haves: CS Degree Experience with AI-assisted testing tools A drive for learning new things and expanding your knowledge areas ISTQB certificate Experience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams and other M365 solutions) Knowledge of relational databases Experience with security testing/ penetration testing About us Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.
