Responsibilities Design and execute test plans to ensure software quality Identify, log, and track defects through bug tracking tools Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality Assist in developing testing strategies and methodologies Perform system and user acceptance testing Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions Document testing processes and results for clear communication Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus Interest in quality assurance and software testing Basic understanding of testing methodologies and processes Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required
