QA Tester

Naviu.tech is an AI-native tech partner based in Berlin. We've delivered 50+ transformations for corporates and SMEs: launching new digital products, rebuilding legacy platforms, and automating operations with AI. We're also the founders of Berlin AI Day and buildersklub.

We're looking for a senior QA Tester to own quality across all our client projects. You'll be the voice of quality from planning through delivery, working within (and sharpening) our QA practice so every product we ship holds up. Because we're AI-native, that includes the products where there's no single correct answer to assert against.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire quality lifecycle across projects: test planning, execution, and reporting
• Apply and help refine our QA processes, standards, and best practices
• Work across multiple client projects, ensuring consistent quality delivery
• Create test plans, cases, and documentation that scale with the team
• Test AI-powered features where output isn't deterministic: build eval sets, define what "good enough" looks like, and catch regressions when a model or prompt changes underneath you
• Use AI-assisted tooling to draft test cases, generate coverage, and go deeper on exploratory testing than manual alone allows
• Collaborate closely with PMs and developers to catch issues early, not at the finish line
• Be the voice of quality in client deliverables and client-facing conversations
• Step in hands-on wherever a project needs senior QA firepower

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in QA roles
• Comfortable working within and improving established QA processes
• Strong manual testing skills and a methodical, detail-driven approach
• Curious about testing AI systems: you've thought about how to QA non-deterministic output, or you're hungry to work it out
• Comfortable with testing tools and AI-assisted tooling, and happy to pick up new ones fast
• Experience working across multiple projects in an agency or consulting environment
• Ownership mentality. You see gaps and fill them.
• Clear communicator who can advocate for quality with clients and teams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). This is a client-facing role.
