Quadient/CCM Developer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a skilled Quadient / CCM Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and support of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire, scripting expertise in Groovy and Java, and experience working with customer communication workflows and data processing systems. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently deliver technical solutions, support business-critical applications, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using Quadient Inspire.
  
• Participate in technical discussions and provide innovative solutions aligned with business requirements.
  
• Analyze existing applications and take ownership of assigned systems and processes.
  
• Support live production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, error recovery, and change management.
  
• Assess and minimize risks and impacts to customers during deployments and system changes.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and third-party vendors.
  
• Develop and maintain automation and customization scripts using Groovy and Java.
  
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
  
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend platform enhancements.
  
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire (Mandatory).
  
• Experience with at least one additional industry-recognized CCM platform.
  
• Proficiency in Groovy and Java scripting.
  
• Experience in data processing and customer communication workflows.
  
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application support.
  
• Experience delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Experience working in client-focused and business-critical environments.
