Principal Responsibilities

• Support the transition to the new ERP by monitoring and reporting the status of milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality targets are met.
• Monitor quality across finance processes.
• Analyze operational data, identify root causes of recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
• Identify transaction errors and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and track Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans for quality incidents and customer complaints, ensuring appropriate actions are documented in the relevant tools.
• Identify team training needs and communicate them to the Manager.
• Conduct analysis to identify causes of performance issues.
• Regularly review the effectiveness of quality monitoring and recommend improvements.
• Ensure internal and external quality targets are met and support continuous improvement.
• Handle customer and process-related issues, supporting their investigation and resolution.
• Manage quality incidents reported by the customer.
• Prepare monthly reports, dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing activities and contribute to the definition and implementation of process improvements.
• Support stakeholder management, escalations and business review sessions.

Job & Skill Requirements

• Graduate degree and/or relevant experience in Accounting/Economics.
• Previous experience in Quality.
• Previous experience in finance operations.
• Quality certification is an advantage (Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc)
• Exposure to D365 is an advantage.
• Good domain knowledge and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven approach to problem analysis and resolution.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
• Team player with an open and cooperative approach.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and business review sessions.
• Willingness to travel when required.
