Desired Traits: Deep understanding of the Hypixel server including its features and minigames Deep understanding of Hypixel SkyBlock and its various mechanics Good understanding of Minecraft and the various mechanics in relation to our minigames Previous experience handling player support requests or bug reports is a bonus Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve team and network related goals Responsibilities: Handle bug reports submitted by players Work on continuously organizing and updating bugs within our internal tracking systems Participate in regular testing sessions to thoroughly test our game systems in order to ensure the quality of gameplay We can offer: Chance to work with an extremely motivated team Opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally Stable and secure work environment Ability to work remotely Expected 20+ hours per week
