About The Role
The main goal of this position is to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality guidelines.
You will be responsible for reviewing and rating different types of content, including audio, video, text and photos, following specific quality guidelines and providing clear written explanations for your decisions.

Candidates must be available to work from the office in Oeiras.
This is not a remote or hybrid position.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality guidelines
- Evaluate and rate different types of content, including audio, video, text and photos
- Provide written rationales for individual ratings and decisions, following the established guidelines
- Participate in calibration sessions with the team and stakeholders
- Conduct peer audits and support training activities when required
- Share best practices and collaborate closely with other team members
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with limited supervision
- Support the Team Lead / Manager during interviews for future hires when needed
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and KPI-related tasks
- Work across different customer projects while meeting project requirements
- Spanish, German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Italian, Polish or French
- English B2/C1
- University degree preferred
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and rigorous approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain decisions clearly, concisely and logically
- Strong logical reasoning and decision-making skills
This position is 100% on-site in Oeiras, Portugal.
Candidates must be available to work from the office in Oeiras.
