Job Overview Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Sales Quality Assurance Specialist to support a health and wellness client by reviewing consultation sales recordings and ensuring key consultation areas are being covered. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and familiar with sales calls, client consultations, or call quality review. The main focus is to identify missed areas, document observations, and provide feedback that can support coaching and performance improvement. Responsibilities Review recorded consultation sales calls for quality and process alignment Check if required consultation points, questions, and key steps are being covered Document strengths, missed areas, and improvement opportunities from each call Use a scorecard, checklist, or QA rubric once provided by the client Identify recurring patterns that may require coaching or additional training Provide clear and organized feedback to the assigned manager or leadership team Maintain accurate QA notes, call review records, and performance documentation Escalate repeated issues or major quality concerns when needed Requirements At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, call review, sales support, customer service, or a similar role Strong listening skills and attention to detail Familiarity with sales calls, consultation flows, or client-facing conversations Strong written English skills for documenting feedback clearly Organized, analytical, and able to provide objective observations Comfortable reviewing call recordings and following QA guidelines Able to work independently and handle sensitive performance information professionally Nice to Have Experience reviewing sales, appointment-setting, or consultation calls Experience using QA scorecards, call review forms, or performance tracking sheets Background in health, wellness, coaching, or service-based businesses
