What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of proven professional experience in Software Development.
• More than 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Strong expertise in OutSystems Front-End and Back-End Development.
• Proven experience using OutSystems Mentor for AI-assisted software development.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development capabilities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of application generation, user story acceleration, code assistance, and code refactoring using OutSystems Mentor.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering projects using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable software solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional development teams within the Insurance or Finance sectors.

What will you do?

• Develop new software products and maintain existing solutions using OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Leverage OutSystems Mentor's AI-assisted capabilities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Use AI-assisted application generation, user story acceleration, and code assistance to improve development efficiency.
• Apply AI-assisted refactoring techniques to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Lead development teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor developers.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of developed applications.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of existing applications.
