Quality Assurance Engineer

LearnTastic is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to strengthen our product quality and testing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong manual and automation testing skills, a structured approach to quality assurance, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end manual and automation testing across product features. Create and maintain structured test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. Conduct regression, sanity, functional, and exploratory testing. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Cowork to improve test coverage, test-case generation, and testing efficiency. Validate user workflows, UI/UX, functionality, and edge cases. Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development and release cycles. Contribute to basic test automation for repetitive and high-priority test cases. Support the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. Strong analytical and structured thinking, with excellent attention to detail. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Cowork as part of testing workflows. Basic understanding of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright. Good understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile practices, and QA best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred skills: Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium using Java and/or JavaScript. Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing. Experience testing AI-powered applications, chatbots, or conversational interfaces. Exposure to API testing and tools such as Postman would be an added advantage. Location: Remote
