Job Description This is a remote position. - Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML-based SaaS products, including functional testing, integration testing, and performance testing - Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure consistent product quality across releases - Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and identify potential quality risks early in the development cycle - Lead the end-to-end testing process, from test planning to execution and reporting - Establish and maintain testing processes, including bug tracking, test case management, and quality metrics - Work closely with product managers to understand customer requirements and ensure testing aligns with user expectations - Mentor team members on quality best practices and testing methodologies - Participate in software design/code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects Requirements - 5-8 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated) - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Strong proficiency with QA tools, testing frameworks, and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium, etc.) - Experience testing AI/ML-driven applications is a strong plus - Familiarity with SaaS environments and customer-facing products - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment - Familiarity with cloud services, such as AWS, Azure - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), JIRA, Confluence - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects - Collaborative and inclusive work environment - Professional development and growth opportunities
