We're looking for skilled QA Engineers to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project. This is an opportunity to apply your software testing expertise to improve AI systems through structured testing, data quality assessment, and model evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases to validate outputs against defined requirements.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects and recurring quality issues.
• Review, annotate, and label datasets to support AI training and evaluation.
• Maintain clear documentation of test results and findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and model performance.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong understanding of test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills and English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow detailed instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data annotation or data labeling.
• Exposure to AI model evaluation or machine learning workflows.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).

Please Note: Prior AI or machine learning experience is not mandatory. Strong QA fundamentals are the primary requirement.
