Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Description The Owner at SurfScale Holdings is a part-time, remote role focused on overseeing business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives across the company’s portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, reviewing performance metrics, making investment and resource allocation decisions, and providing guidance on key projects. The Owner collaborates with managers and partners, approves budgets, and ensures that operations align with long-term business objectives and ethical standards. This role also involves identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client and stakeholder relationships, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications

• Ability to define and drive business strategy, set clear goals, and make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, reviewing financial reports, and assessing investment opportunities.
• Experience managing remote teams or partners, with effective communication, delegation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for collaboration, data review, and project tracking in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to changing market conditions and business needs.
• Prior experience in ownership, executive leadership, or entrepreneurship is strongly beneficial.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, management, or a related field is preferred.
