About the role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our product and engineering team.

You’ll make sure the features we ship across Tekmon’s web platform, mobile apps and APIs work reliably for customers worldwide. You’ll design and run test cases, explore new functionality, catch regressions before they reach production, and work closely with developers and product owners to get issues found, understood and fixed.

We use modern AI-assisted tools across the team to make testing, documentation and investigation faster. We’re looking for someone curious about these tools who still pays close attention to detail.

What you’ll do

• Create and execute test cases for new features and releases across web and mobile applications.
• Perform exploratory and regression testing to find issues before they reach customers.
• Test REST APIs with Postman, validating responses, status codes, and request and response data.
• Report bugs clearly, then retest fixes and verify they are resolved.
• Investigate unexpected behaviour and help developers identify root causes.
• Write and maintain clear test documentation.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members throughout the development cycle.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience in manual testing: test case creation and execution, exploratory testing, regression testing, bug reporting, and retesting.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience testing REST APIs with Postman.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear test cases, bug reports, and test documentation.
• A collaborative way of working with developers, product owners, and other QA colleagues.
• Professional written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted testing (e.g. Claude Code, MCP, prompt or skill writing).
• SQL / PostgreSQL: ability to write queries that retrieve, filter, and validate data.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
