About the Role

We are looking for a Systems Integrator / Salesforce Developer to join our team in Athens.

In this role, you will develop and customize Salesforce solutions, build business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, and design integrations that connect enterprise systems and streamline business operations.

You will collaborate with our team and clients to transform business requirements into reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Build and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and third-party systems.
• Develop and implement APIs to enable seamless data exchange across applications.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Salesforce Flow and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to applications and system integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, optimization, and ongoing application support.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in software development, application development, or systems integration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development technologies, such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, or Salesforce Flow.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar low-code development platforms.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integration principles.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Logic Apps, or other cloud integration services.
• Familiarity with middleware, integration platforms, or ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Salesforce or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
