Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in both manual and automated testing of enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with Software Engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure that our applications meet functional, performance, and usability standards. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are passionate about building high-quality products and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced start-up environment. What You'll Do Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases Collaborate with Software Engineers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution Perform regression, integration, and system testing Contribute to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integrations Validate new features and enhancements prior to production release Support performance and reliability testing initiatives Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles Promote quality-first development practices across engineering teams Why INTX We are a growing, cutting-edge fintech start-up operating in the United States insurance software industry.
