Quality Assurance Intern

We are currently looking to hire a QA Intern to support the testing, validation, and quality assurance of web and mobile application features under the guidance of QA Engineers and Product team members. This role is designed for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance, while learning best practices in product delivery within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications (Android, iOS, and tablet).

• Test features against acceptance criteria and product requirements.

• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, including clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

• Perform regression testing before and after product releases.

• Validate bug fixes and confirm that reported issues are fully resolved.

• Work closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Developers during testing cycles.

• Support overall product quality assurance prior to production releases.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and quality assurance principles.

• Familiarity with web and mobile applications.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Ability to document issues clearly and communicate effectively with team members.

• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Jira or other bug-tracking tools.

• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Exposure to Android or iOS testing environments.

• Prior coursework, projects, or internships related to software testing or development.
