Operating in a high-visibility, high-impact role, you will partner directly with senior stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Developers to drive quality, eliminate delivery risks, and validate next-generation product launches.

What You’ll Own

• Craft, define, and execute functional test scenarios and comprehensive regression packs covering Life, Pensions, Policy Administration, and Claims workflows.
• Establish robust test environments and validate complex data flows across Life400, AS400, and IBM Mainframe platforms.
• Identify, track, and resolve high-severity defects early in the cycle, de-risking delivery alongside BAs and Developers.
• Provide actionable risk assessments and executive-facing quality updates to achieve operational excellence prior to production releases.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst driving end-to-end QA execution within enterprise Insurance / Life & Pensions environments.
• Hands-on experience navigating Life400, AS400, or IBM Mainframe systems.
• Deep functional domain knowledge across policy administration, pensions, or claims processing.
