About the Role:
As a Quality Performance Analyst at Quincy Medical Group, you will use healthcare data and analytics to help improve clinical quality, provider performance, and outcomes across our value-based care programs. You will identify performance trends and quality gaps, evaluate payer programs and incentives, and translate complex information into meaningful recommendations for clinical and operational teams.
This role works collaboratively with providers, leadership, analytics, and operational teams to support measurable improvement in quality performance, including HEDIS, MIPS, and Stars measures.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
- This position is eligible to work remotely, with the ability to travel to QMG locations as needed based on business and department needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical, operational, claims, and payer data to identify quality gaps, performance trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret quality measures, payer programs, and incentive methodologies and help develop targeted performance improvement strategies.
- Use Excel and other reporting tools to analyze data, model performance, forecast outcomes, and evaluate results.
- Develop and validate quality dashboards, reports, scorecards, and other performance tracking tools.
- Research and resolve discrepancies across EMR, claims, payer, and reporting data.
- Monitor HEDIS, MIPS, Stars, and other quality measures and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Partner with providers and leaders to review performance results and translate data into actionable next steps.
- Support provider and team education related to quality measures, documentation, workflows, and performance improvement.
- Assist with the implementation and optimization of workflows designed to improve quality, data accuracy, and operational performance.
- Support additional quality and value-based care initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, health administration, data analytics, or a related field required.
- Three or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, quality performance, population health, value-based care, or a related area required.
- Experience with HEDIS, MIPS, Stars, or other payer quality programs required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience working with EMRs, claims data, payer information, or healthcare reporting platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with providers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

The compensation for this role is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through bonuses and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
