On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

What will you do?

Quality Oversight & Governance: Develop a strong understanding of how independent quality oversight supports product quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness across both manufacturing sites and external manufacturing partners.

GMP & Regulatory Compliance: Build expertise in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), quality risk management, data integrity principles, and regulatory expectations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Quality Management Systems: Gain practical experience supporting key quality processes including deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, complaint management, risk assessments, and quality documentation.

Operational Quality Decision Making: Learn how to assess quality impact, identify compliance risks, challenge operational decisions when necessary, and support effective risk-based decision making.

External Manufacturing Oversight: Develop an understanding of quality oversight within a global supply network, working with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and cross-functional stakeholders to support product supply and compliance.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Apply quality risk management principles and support projects focused on process simplification, compliance improvement, inspection readiness, and operational excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Services, Quality Systems, Technical, and External Manufacturing teams to ensure effective quality oversight and delivery of business objectives.

Data Analytics & Quality Insights: Develop analytical skills through the review of quality metrics, compliance data, trends, and performance indicators that support proactive quality management and risk mitigation.

Leadership Development: Build the technical, business, and stakeholder management skills required for progression into future Quality Specialist and Quality Lead positions, supporting succession planning and long-term organisational capability.
