The Opportunity

Help project teams understand costs, evaluate options, and keep budgets grounded in reliable estimates and timely reporting.

We’re seeking a UAE-based professional for a part-time, hybrid role that can focus on quantity surveying, tender estimation, or project cost control according to your experience.

Project Focus

Support cost planning and commercial oversight across construction or engineering projects, from early estimates through progress reviews and close-out.

Key Areas

Prepare or review quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender comparisons.

Track budgets, commitments, variations, and actual costs against approved project figures.

Review contractor and supplier submissions, highlighting assumptions, exclusions, and cost differences.

Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to clarify scope and assess cost implications.

Prepare clear cost reports and flag emerging risks or areas requiring follow-up.

Experience

Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or project cost control is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Candidates should be comfortable working with project documentation, spreadsheets, and cost data, with strong attention to detail.

Working Arrangement

Flexible part-time hours can be agreed around tender deadlines, reporting cycles, and project milestones.

The role is hybrid, with in-person project or team coordination in the UAE when required.
