Head of Business Developmen

Role Description The Head of Business Development (part-time, remote) will lead growth initiatives for BoConcept UAE, focusing on market expansion, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships. This role includes analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing plans to strengthen BoConcept’s presence in the UAE. The Head of Business Development will collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to refine processes, improve customer experiences, and optimize commercial performance. Daily responsibilities also involve managing key accounts, nurturing relationships with partners and stakeholders, and preparing performance reports and forecasts for leadership.

• Relevant experience in business development, retail, furniture, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage part-time hours effectively.
