Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level)

Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level) Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote Role Overview: The Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level) is responsible for providing comprehensive quantity surveying services to support construction and project execution. Key functions include performing accurate quantity take-offs, preparing cost estimations, and assisting with tender submissions. Additionally, the role manages contract administration, subcontractor evaluations, and continuous project cost control to ensure financial efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Measure quantities from engineering drawings. Prepare construction cost estimates. Assist with tender submissions. Evaluate subcontractor quotations. Monitor project costs and variations. Prepare progress payment claims. Assist with contract administration. Maintain cost databases. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. 3–6 years' relevant experience. Experience using CostX, Cubit, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar software. Good understanding of FIDIC or other standard construction contracts. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
