You will work full-time in a five-shift schedule, combining technical analysis with decisive action. Your structured approach helps production remain stable, safe and accurate.
You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechatronics, high-tech equipment or semiconductor manufacturing. You can work independently during evening and night shifts, organise your priorities clearly and maintain accuracy when technical pressure is high.

- Diagnose and resolve complex DUV lithography issues.
- Support execution engineers during technical interventions.
- Analyse machine data, documentation and recurring failures.
- Coach colleagues during challenging troubleshooting activities.
- Record findings and contribute to lasting improvements.
You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechatronics, high-tech equipment or semiconductor manufacturing. You can work independently during evening and night shifts, organise your priorities clearly and maintain accuracy when technical pressure is high.
- Relevant technical education in mechatronics, electronics or engineering.
- Proven experience with complex industrial systems.
- Knowledge of DUV lithography is strongly preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and machine data.
- Strong command of English and commitment to safety procedures.

You receive a comprehensive package for a full-time position of 40 hours per week. The role is performed fully on site and offers technical development through targeted training.
- €5,000–€5,200 gross monthly, including 25.1% shift allowance.
- 13th month of 8.33%, ADV allowance and holiday compensation included.
- 8% holiday allowance and €0.21 per kilometre travel reimbursement.
