Role Description

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer currently based in Dubai, UAE, to join our development team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, optimizing, and enhancing our existing Android and iOS applications.

We are looking for a proactive, technically capable developer who can understand an existing codebase, independently resolve technical challenges, and contribute to continuous platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize React Native applications for Android and iOS.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve existing application issues.
• Integrate Firebase services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement maps, geolocation, notifications, and other mobile features.
• Improve application performance, stability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers on system integrations.
• Implement new features while preserving existing functionality.
• Manage mobile application testing and deployment to Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-documented source code using Git/Bitbucket.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant mobile application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase and REST API integrations.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining existing production applications.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS deployment processes.
• Experience with Git-based version control.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other developers.
• Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js and backend integrations.
• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations.
• Knowledge of DigitalOcean or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Experience developing location-based or marketplace applications.
• Understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.
