Real Estate Agent - Dubai

This full-time Real Estate Agent role at Schofer Properties L.L.C. is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid work model, combining onsite client-facing activities with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct market research, and advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting property viewings, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, monitoring market trends and pricing, and delivering high-quality customer service throughout the client lifecycle. The Real Estate Agent is expected to build and maintain a strong professional network, comply with local real estate regulations, and represent Schofer Properties L.L.C. with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French or German are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple listings and clients simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, and familiarity with online property portals and social media marketing.
• Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property visits; previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly beneficial.
