1. Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 2–3 years of Dubai off-plan experience.

* Proven track record of closing transactions.

* Strong developer, project and investment knowledge.

* Existing investor database and client relationships.

* Confident handling both warm leads and cold investor outreach.

* Must actively call and follow up with investor data assigned by Riva Maison.

* Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.

* Own UAE visa and transport required.

* Comfortable working remotely on a commission-only basis.
